Irish and Gary Richman, co‑owners of Fish Hawk’s of Dewey Beach, are counting down the days until they open their doors mid-June and welcome guests into their new coastal restaurant at 1904 Coastal Highway, in Dewey Beach. They’re excited to introduce a polished yet relaxed hangout where families and friends can kick off the night with fresh coastal‑driven plates, a crisp martini, and a curated list of beer and wine.
Fish Hawk’s is designed as a stylish, coastal restaurant and bar with an elevated but easy going vibe, the kind of place where you come for “just a drink” and end up staying for the evening. With its coastal‑inspired menu, full bar, and welcoming atmosphere, Irish and Gary are aiming to make Fish Hawk’s the new go‑to starting point for Dewey Beach nights out.
